Bear World!

The weather has been so nice the last few days: mid 60s and sunny. No jackets required! We've spent a lot of time out at the playground and going on walks. Yesterday we went to Bear World! I think that some of Libby & Elliot's cousins should come up and visit us so we can take them to Bear World. As soon as we got home Libby was begging to go again! Elliot LOVES animals! He calls them all "doggy". He was not scared to go up to the animals in the petting zoo

They weren't afraid of him either, in fact this one wanted to give him a little kiss!

Libby was strangely terrified of getting down to look at the animals. The last 2 years we went and she was petting everything. I dunno what was up yesterday.

I'm not sure why, but I love seeing Elliot in something Libby wore. I guess it's just funny to compare them since they are built so differently. Love these crazy kids!

Sleeping Beauty

I made Libby an awesome Sleeping Beauty dress up apron. It's reversible so she can be blue or pink! Genius, right?! Libby loves it. Today she was telling me the plot of Sleeping Beauty and I realized she totally understands what Resurrection means. She told me that Sleeping Beauty was dead and then Prince Phillip came and gave her a magic kiss and then she woke up and she was resurrected! Haha, so cute. I had to explain that she was just sleeping, not really dead like Maleficent wanted. Libby also does a very good evil laugh like Maleficent. Love it! You should have her tell you the plot some time b/c it is pretty amusing.
